Ranked on public CMS data
Facilities are filtered by care setting and location, then ranked using quality, staffing and inspection data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Explains its reasoning
Every suggestion carries the factors behind it, the gaps in the underlying data, and any reasons a facility may not be a good fit — not just a score.
Built for multiple hospitals
Each organisation's cases, users and history are isolated from every other organisation, with role-based access inside each one.
A decision-support tool
Arara Match does not choose a facility. It narrows the field and shows its working. Every placement decision is made by a clinician or case manager, and the record shows who decided and why.
How we handle data
Descriptions of how the software is built. They are not certifications, and we make no compliance claims.
Identifiers are encrypted
Direct patient identifiers are stored encrypted at the field level, separately from the rest of a case, and decrypted only where a request genuinely needs them.
Access is recorded
Viewing patient identifiers writes an append-only audit record of who accessed what, when. Audit rows are never edited.
No patient data in email
Notifications carry generic wording and a link back into the application. Patient information never appears in an email subject or body.
